Open quick release and remove skewer nut
Screw the Quickguard skewer nut into place and close the quick release lever, securing the wheel in place.
Loosen the Hex bolt on the Quickguard clamp. Then slide the mudguard onto the Quickguard skewer nut
Adjust the position of the mudguard as shown for optimum spray protection. Then tighten the hex bolt to a maximum of 3.5Nm on the Quickguard® clamp to secure the guard in place.

Optionally, you can fine tune the rotational position of the Quickguard® blade by loosening the micro adjustment hex bolt at the top of the mudguard. Do not tighten this hex bolt more than 3.5Nm.
Remove your existing Thru Axle.
Replace with the Quickguard® Thru Axle.
Note: The Quickguard® can be mounted on either side of frame, depending on side of axle insertion.
